| With our abundant knowledge and market intelligence, our Research and Development Department constantly develops new switches and jacks to best suit our client's needs. We have over 30 experienced engineers designing the latest products and updating existing models. Our designers use advanced tools, such as click testers, X-ray plating thickness analyzers, steel element analysis software, profile projectors and hardness testers. We use machines for metal tooling, including wire-cutters, electrical discharge drills, grinding machines, milling machines and drilling machines. We have a workforce divided into 35 die-making technicians and die assembly workers and 77 plastic tooling staff. |
